Federal Law restricts the sale or use of regulators and conserving devices without the express written order of a physician; therefore, Responsive Respiratory only sells to Healthcare dealers, distributors and O.E.M. accounts.
Payment Terms: Terms are "Net 30 days" from the invoice date. An interest rate of 1 1/2% per month will be applied to all overdue invoices.
Minimum Billing: The minimum billing is $40.00 net per order.
Freight Policy: Freight will be prepaid on all orders of $850.00 net or greater (cylinders are prepaid on 30 pcs. or greater) to one destination within the continental United States. Responsive Respiratory will route your order by the most direct, utilizing the most economical method. If a dealer wishes to utilize another carrier or mode the cost difference will be applied to the invoice.
Customer Service Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Central Standard Time (CST).
Today Shipments: It is our policy to try to ship all orders the day they are received; however time constraints can become a factor with our shipping carriers.
Returned Goods Procedure: If you find it necessary to return an item please contact our customer service department and request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Prior to returnig the product please make sure to include your purchase order number, our packing slip and invoice number. No packages will be accepted without and RGA number. Returned goods must be sent freight prepaid.
Where there has been no error on Responsive Respiratory's part, product over 90 days old, and not in the original packaging will not be accepted for returns.
Pricing Policy: Responsive Respiratory will try to provide notice of price changes as soon as possible. We reserve the right, however to change prices without notice. Orders with deferred shipping dates will be billed at the price in effect at time of shipment.
Limited Warranty Period: The limited warranty period is effective from the date of manufacture. The following products have a date code applied and are covered by the time period listed below.
- Regulators - 5 years
- Transfill manifolds - 2 years
- Oxygen conservers - 3 years
- All other products are 120 days
- Cylinders are covered by the manufacturer (not seller) and have a limited lifetime warranty
Limited Warranty Claim Procedure: To make a claim, the purchaser must notify Responsive Respiratory within 10 days of discovering the defect in material or workmanship. A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number will be provided and needs to be attached to the product with the original purchase order number and our invoice number.
Limitation of Liability: Seller shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages (regardless of the form of action, whether in contract or in tort including negligence). In no event will this warranty obligate Seller for any amount exceeding the price of goods upon which the liability is based. Correction of non-conformities, in the manner and time provide herein, constitutes fulfillment of all Seller's obligations to Purchaser with respect to Purchaser's purchase of Seller's product.
